Yes, appointments are highly recommended. 

There is a $20 nonrefundable deposit required when booking your appointment. The remaining balance will be paid at the time of service. No deposit, no appointment!
Payments can be made via Apple Pay, Cashapp, Zelle

There is a 15 minute grace period. Clients who are arrive later than 15 minutes will be rescheduled. Cancellations and rescheduling must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment or a 50% booking fee with be charged.
No extra guests please!!
